Bookkeeping: Bookkeeping Accounting
Now you are thinking that you have heard a lot about bookkeeping, but how is this different than accounting? Bookkeeping accounting is different from just bookkeeping. You cannot have accounting without bookkeeping so they are very closing linked and sometimes the line between them may blur. Lets take a closer look.
What Is Bookkeeping Accounting?
Now we know that we will gather data from our client and keep it highly organized. Bookkeeping accounting is what we will do with this data that we have collected. Having this data organized will come in handy when it is time for taxes but there has to be more of a reason to collect data than that. Well, there is!
This is where the part comes in about ordering. From this data a company will know how much to order of what product. They will also learn that maybe something is not worth keeping in stock if it is not selling. The organized data will show them where they are losing money and why.
Your client may not see this without your help. Learning accounting will show you how to present this data in a way your client will understand. You will be able to show them when they are doing the most business and why. Showing where they need to increase business and how, will be an obvious benefit of bookkeeping.
